Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups muringayila


  • .5 cups grated coconut


  • 1 tbsp raw rice


  • 5 nos sliced green chilli


  • .5 cups sliced onion


  • .5 tsp salt


  • 3 tbsp cocunut oil

Directions

  • 1.Heat 2 – 3 Tspns. of Oil in a Cheenachatty and add the Rice into the hot oil and stir it.
  • 2.Add the Onion slices and Green Chilli slices also into the hot oil and stir the mix of Rice, Onion and Green Chilli further.
  • 3.When colour of this mix turns into golden/brown, add grated Coconut also and stir the mix well.
  • 4.Then add the Muringayila also into this mix along with required quantity of Salt and stir the mix and allow to cook the Muringayila properly.
  • 5.After about 5 – 10 minutes, stir the Thoran again and change it into a Serving plate.
