1.Heat 2 – 3 Tspns. of Oil in a Cheenachatty and add the Rice into the hot oil and stir it.
2.Add the Onion slices and Green Chilli slices also into the hot oil and stir the mix of Rice, Onion and Green Chilli further.
3.When colour of this mix turns into golden/brown, add grated Coconut also and stir the mix well.
4.Then add the Muringayila also into this mix along with required quantity of Salt and stir the mix and allow to cook the Muringayila properly.
5.After about 5 – 10 minutes, stir the Thoran again and change it into a Serving plate.
